Great first effort

Very aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. The effort towards picture presentation makes this app stand out. Like others have mentioned, Id love to have NSFW content pixelated but not disabled entirely. Also, theres currently a bug where if you attempt to share something by email the keyboard doesnt appear. Besides those quibbles this is a fantastic app!

NICE

The speed scrolling through pics and media is awesome. Looking forward to diving into it a little deeper.

Great job

This is an awesome app! Love the simplicity and the "stream" type of browsing. But like others have said, it would be awesome to have more options for NSFW content, like pixelated images or tapping to view. Keep up the good work.

Great App

Perfect for Reddit!

Almost great

I like the design of the app, and it generally seems to work well. However, with the ability to have large thumbnails of image posts, I would like to be able to vote on a post while looking at the front page.

The way Mobile Reddit should be!

Certainly its early in its life, and Im looking forward to some tweaks that others have mentioned. That being said, this app is truly designed with the platform in mind. The one thing Im really hoping for is an iPad optimized version. I would gladly pay for another version, because this format is exactly what Id like to see on my iPad Mini.

Crash

Crashes at launch. This looked like a great app though... *sigh*

Needs to show subreddits!

I love the design but it fails to show you what subreddits youre even in. If they add this soon I will give 5 stars.

Amazing

Was a diehard alien blue fan but this is so simple its awesome loads fast and keeps it moving not to overloaded with crap this is great!!!

love the new update !!

but when I share the links via email the keyboard does not show up to type in the email address !

Neat ideas, but...

Definitely needs a support page. A subreddit? I cant even figure put how to reply to a comment.

Just one problem

Its a great app but for some reason when I search for a subreddit, it automatically goes to "No Results". Anyone else having that problem?

Has potential...

...but needs the bugs worked out. Trouble loading gifs, and keyboard wont appear when use this app (if typing is needed like logging into twitter or sending to email)

Great, but the gestures are counterintuitive

The upvote/downvote gestures on comments are combined with collapsing comments and replying. I think the upvote/downvote gestures should share the same gesture as upvote and reply do, and respectively collapse/reply should be on the same gesture (short to reply, long to collapse)

Great App

Before this update I stopped using it because Alien Blue had features I really wanted, like collapsible comments. This update gave me the features I wanted. Its like he took the Mailbox UI and applied it to Reddit.

Cool App

Great app. Good as the best reddit apps. Only request is add swipe gestures to navigate between main menus and subreddits. Like swipe right to go to subreddit menu etc.

Beautiful but not functional

The layout is absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately the functionality is just not there. Upvoting/downvoting gestures are too similar to the collapse comment and reply to comment gestures. Posts will randomly decide not to load, and there is no option to open a link in Safari. Its pretty slow to respond to gestures, too. I hope they work to improve the bugs, because the app is a beautiful way to browse reddit!

Beautiful app!

I am glad they added the subreddit and NSFW labels. Would be better if I could log in to my Reddit account.

Cant sign in

Worked for a couple weeks but I cant sign in now. So thats no good

Buggy, but executed (mostly) well

To everyone having issues logging in: special characters in your password (!, ?, @, etc.) cause an error stating "Username/password not correct". This is a bug with UpVote - youre not that forgetful; youre not going crazy. This app deserves credit for the unique - and useful - approach toward content display. Images embedded in titles/OP will be displayed in large format under the title, which saves a click through to simply view. This does not have a way to view messages ( inbox) or replies to your threads or posts.
